| Restoration & Peace Counseling Agency provides counseling and relief for individuals, families, and children. Through the normal course of life many encounter hurt. Without support or help it is easy for hurt to turn to pain, and for pain to turn to suffering, leading to a life of frustration, anger, guilt, shame or depression. Life doesn't have to be this way. It is possible to find restoration and peace. We have put together our resources to provide emotional, spiritual and social restoration, deliverance from addictions, and freedom from social and financial bondage. Our counseling provides healthy alternatives for true and lasting lifestyle changes. We build, develop, strengthen, and empower families by offering family-care services that support individuals and families through counseling, therapy, and education. Help build, stabilize, and repair one’s esteem in a solid foundation – thus supporting them in increasing hope and to secure a lifetime of restoration and peace. History Restoration & Peace Counseling Agency was founded in 2003 as the secular arm of One Way Ministry. Many of the services provided now by Restoration & Peace Counseling Agency were being provided through the overall ministry. Although the split began in 2002, Restoration & Peace Counseling Agency officially began to pursue an independent status to increase its ability to serve more clients. Our management team consists of the board of directors and officers of One Way Ministry National Community Outreach Inc. working closely with the executive director. Ms. Pearson received her master's degree in social work with a casework concentration from University of Nebraska at Omaha in
1998. As a social worker, she was employed in settings such as women's health therapy clinics, preventative and outreach services
for families and group homes for adolescents. Ms. Pearson also does part-time work for a private practice combining therapy, Biblical
understanding, and healing. In her ministry she incorporates blending spiritual and psychological concepts in understandable and
applicable steps. Ms. Pearson is the author of Christ Centered Parenting, Becoming Christ Esteemed. She is co-author of Joshua
Generation: teaching social skills, and Glorifying God in Our Bodies: an abstinence workshop. She is also the editor of The Ministry: a
monthly Christian newsletter that ministers spiritually and emotionally to the body of Christ. Ms Pearson was raised in Detroit,
Michigan, but currently lives in Omaha, NE with her three children, Joshua, Arianna, and Isaiah. She is a member at One Way Ministry
Church in Omaha, NE.
